We ship most items via USPS. Currently we only ship to locations within the United States.
All items on our web site have a 10 day return policy (excluding custom made and/or personalized items). For any return please contact us at email@example.com or by phone to explain the problem and why you wish to return or exchange the item. We do not accept returns without being contacted first. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All contents should be returned in its original package. Any product returned with missing items will have the full retail value of that item deducted from the amount refunded.
If an item is defective please notify us right away so we may arrange for a replacement or refund of that item.
